Mixed Use Curtain Road Shoreditch

Rozeman Architect cooperated with Greig Ling on this new build mixed use development on a WWII bomb site on Curtain Road comprising 600m2 retail unit in basement and ground floors and 18 live/work units over. The in-situ reinforced concrete frame supports precast floors that were left exposed in the final construction. The facade was white glazed brick faced precast units fabricated off site and erected in a few days.
